You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
4. Usage Limits and Fair Use
Our Service is subject to usage limits based on your plan (e.g., daily or monthly generation limits). We reserve the right to monitor usage and limit or suspend accounts that exceed these limits or abuse the Service. Automated scraping or bulk generation outside of approved API usage is prohibited.

Your Content: You retain rights to the URLs and prompts you input.
Generated Images: Subject to the specific license of the AI models used, you are generally granted rights to use the generated QR codes for personal or commercial use, provided you have a valid subscription where applicable.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ai Pixel QR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits or data.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
